Processor (LinQhost) and Controller (Customer) are required to have a processor agreement
Processor Agreement
The Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR) stipulates that the processor (LinQhost) and the controller of the data (you as a customer) enter into a so-called processor agreement with each other. This processor agreement states which responsibilities LinQhost assumes and which obligations the customer has. The storage, editing, processing, sending or use of personal data is subject to strict requirements. These requirements apply not only to the person who gives the order, but also to the party that carries out the actual work on behalf of that person.
Of course we support such an agreement, ultimately it is our obligation to clearly agree with each other where the responsibilities lie and that personal data or other data is handled with the utmost care. LinQhost offers a free, legally tested processor agreement as a standard part of our service.
Application
Requesting a processor agreement is very easy and quick. You can do this on our
DPA page. Here you can also find the most recent version. It is important to keep this up to date.
Sub-processors
For our services, LinQhost also does business with so-called Subprocessors. These subprocessors are carefully selected and periodically
checked for performance and achieved results. You can find a current list on our portal . In this list we also indicate what the purpose of processing is.
